Oyster Catcher Collage

Oyster Catchers are always seen on the beaches on the Isles of Scilly. Each year, on first evening of my Scilly holiday, I jump on my bike and head for my favourite beach, where I know it will just be me and the oyster catchers! Their call is so reassuringly familiar, and I love watching them pecking at the sand and swooping across the shallows. This design was created from papercutting tiny shapes to create the little birds. The fun and nostalgic scene is perfect for a child's bedroom or a simple piece of clothing.
